Ayurvedic
Body Therapies

In Ayurveda, touch is medicine. These trainings guide you into the ancient practice of Ayurvedic body therapies, where you'll learn to work with the body as an intelligent, responsive system. Level 1 establishes your foundation in classical techniques, from abhyanga and shirodhara to marma therapy and dough bastis. Level 2 deepens your clinical skills with advanced applications including pinda swedana, specialized dhara techniques, nasya karma, and case-based integration. Rooted in tradition and applied through a trauma-informed lens, both trainings offer the technical precision and intuitive sensitivity needed to provide truly therapeutic bodywork.

Testimonials

  • "Madison and Anjali are an absolute dream team, especially when it comes to teaching Ayurvedic Body Therapies. After experiencing previous trainings in the past, I was blown away at the level of knowledge, experience, grace, and execution of teaching Ayurvedic Body Therapies from these amazing women. Both are so skilled and experienced in what they do that it shows in the way they teach. I feel so much more confident brining these practices into my own Ayurvedic practice and am excited to implement these body work therapies into my business. I could take this course every year (and I might just do that!) and learn something new each time. I was especially impressed with how much we were able to practice in such a short period of time and yet it was all easily digestible. This intensive course incorporates tangible, accessible, and practical skills for anyone seeking to use Ayurvedic Body Therapies in their lives and practices. Both Madison and Anjali hold the wisdom and skill of Ayurveda so gracefully, it is inspiring to learn from them. Thank you for having me and see you again next year!" - BF

  • "This training was deeper and more robust than I could have imagined. The opportunity to witness and practice in such a safe and loving container with Madison and Anjali’s vast experience was truly transformational. I have taken a LOT of trainings in my life and this was one of the most profound personally and professionally. I highly recommend it to anyone wanting to deepen their practice and knowledge of Ayurvedic body therapies and improve their skill and sensitivity to holding a trauma informed space." -JK

  • "It’s rare that you attend a training where you both get to give and receive from a trauma informed, compassionate lens. Madison and Anjali have manically constructed that kind of cocoon. Both my heart and my body feel so nourished by the beauty, wisdom and spirit of the Ayurvedic Intensive Body therapies training. We covered a lot of ground and also listened deeply, practiced with intent while leaving room for input rooted in a deep respect for all the medicine that Ayurvedic therapies can offer both the client and the provider. I highly recommend the training that these two loving humans have co-created." -DA

  • "Madison and Anjali crafted and paced this intensive with such beautiful artistry! There was a deep sense of camaraderie, spiritual evolution, and eternal baby mind within the group. I have learned about the nuances of herbs, oils, and body therapies and how to utilize them to balance aggravated properties. Madison and Anjali have access to an ocean of wisdom and delicately guide their students to access their own portals to that ocean." -RC
