In Ayurveda, touch is medicine. These trainings guide you into the ancient practice of Ayurvedic body therapies, where you'll learn to work with the body as an intelligent, responsive system. Level 1 establishes your foundation in classical techniques, from abhyanga and shirodhara to marma therapy and dough bastis. Level 2 deepens your clinical skills with advanced applications including pinda swedana, specialized dhara techniques, nasya karma, and case-based integration. Rooted in tradition and applied through a trauma-informed lens, both trainings offer the technical precision and intuitive sensitivity needed to provide truly therapeutic bodywork.
Level 1
This immersive 5-day training is for Ayurvedic practitioners, students, massage therapists, and bodyworkers seeking to deepen their skills in traditional Ayurvedic body therapies. Whether you're looking to expand your practice, fill gaps in your panchakarma knowledge, or step into the role of Panchakarma Technician. Together, we'll explore these ancient techniques through a trauma-informed lens, honoring both timeless wisdom and the needs of modern bodies and nervous systems.
